Here’s what to do next:

1. Look for the confirmation email in your inbox.

You’ll receive a confirmation email from travelconcierge@signaturepettransport.com. It includes your trip overview and timeline, flight details, and information about the travel guardian who will accompany your pet on their journey. The confirmation email also includes important next steps that must be completed before your pet can travel.

2. Complete your pet’s intake form.

There are two intake forms for different types of travel:

  • Complete the Domestic Intake Form for travel within the United States

  • Complete the International Intake Form for travel to or from any other destination outside the U.S.

Please complete the intake form that applies to your pet’s journey. We use the intake form to collect the critical information we need to facilitate drop off/pick up, document your pet’s medical needs, and other important details to ensure the trip goes smoothly.

3. Prepare your pet for air travel with our helpful guide.

We’ve compiled a step-by-step guide to helping your pet get ready for traveling by air. Based on years of experience and advice from our veterinarian and show dog friends, this will help you acclimate your pet so they are relaxed during their travel journey.
